Return & Cancellation Policy
At Millennial Clothing , we strive to ensure our customers receive their products in perfect condition. However, in rare instances where your expectations are not met, we value the trust you place in us. To reinforce this bond, we offer the option to return products that are damaged or incorrectly designed. In such cases, we will provide you with a replacement product.
You may return your item if it meets the following criteria:
- The return request is made within 3 days of the delivery date.The item is damaged or defective.
- All items must be unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items should not be broken or tampered with.
- If the item was accompanied by a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned.
- Refunds or replacements are subject to inspection by Millennial Clothing team.
- Replacement is subject to stock availability from the supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
- Please note that the Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.
Reasons for Returns & Replacements:
- Product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- Size mismatch for clothing (this policy applies only if we send clothing that differs from the size mentioned in the invoice; if the invoice and delivered item's sizes match, no refund will be considered).
- Color mismatch for clothing.
- Incorrectly printed clothing (including design mismatches or wrong placements).
- Wrong product sent.
How to Return:
Contact the Millennial Clothing Customer Care team by emailing info@millennial-clothing.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive your return, we will conduct a quality check. If the return reason is valid, we will replace the product or process a refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed after we evaluate your return. Replacement is subject to stock availability from the supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
Please note that the Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charge and shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund value of your order.
- If you selected Cash on Delivery (COD), no amount will be refunded as no payment has been made for your order.
- For payments made using Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer, refunds will be credited back to your respective account.
- If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error, a refund will be processed
- Refunds will be completed within 7-10 working days. If you do not receive your refund within this time, please contact us at info@millennial-clothing.com, and we will investigate the matter.
